Lost and Found is a six minute animated film about about a chance meeting of two very different worlds. A search for a mitten, lost in play, leads a couple of kids under a bridge into the realm of the homeless. How can they help but disturb the delicate balance of a such a fragile society? The mitten is rescued and handed back to the kids across the vast difference of age and experience. Who was more terrified by the encounter? How much more has been found and lost? The music was written by Robert Minden who performed it with Carla Hallett
“Having worked with homeless people for almost 30 years. I can honestly say that it is one of the most creative approaches to dealing with homelessness in dither film/video format that I have ever seen. Your creation approaches homelessness in a different and inspiring way. The visual effects are powerful and the story line is compelling.”
